"Brought my son to a walk in appointment. Everyone was very nice and we were done so fast! Fastest appointment I’ve ever had at a clinic. 10/10 would recommend!"
"Took my son to walk in clinic this morning. Front desk staff was very rude, having too many side conversations. Website has not been updated in nearly 2 years with the insurances that clinic DOES and DOES NOT accept. Completely disgusted by experience today. Never again will I bring my son here."
"Went to their walk in urgent care with my daughter got tested for covid flu and RSV just basic swabs for kids and got charged a “high level” of care when my daughter has only cough and low grade fever as her symptoms. Everything was negative expect for RSV. She has no trouble breathing no chronic medical issues no allergies and we didn’t need a prescription for RSV obviously. Staff told me that the doctor didn't get to make that decision its the computer generated acuity level after the visit is completed. I don't know what algorithm they are using but it seems pretty common sense to me that this should not be rated as a high level of care. Im having to pay extra for that visit because of that. This doesn’t make sense to me."
"Great people to deal with. Great doctors & great staff. I feel confident bringing my child here. Their app ( Healow ) is user-friendly, and keeps track of everything from visits to medications etc. which is why we appreciate mana & their professionalism. They truly care about your child."
"The doctors are great, but the admin staff and "rules" are literally so stupid. My son had an ear infection when we went to get his 6-month wellness visit and shots and the doctor that caught it decided to postpone his shots for a nurse only visit once his ear infection was gone. The ear infection was rough and didn't want to go away for a month, so now I want to schedule an appointment for him to get looked to make sure its gone and get the shots, basically, re-do his 6-month wellness checkup just to make sure he's good to go and they say no. I have to have 2 different appointments. 1 as a sick child appointment to check his ear and another as a nurse only visit. Not in the same building or at the same time. I work. I don't have time to have 2 separate appointments on top of the already 3 we've been to over this issue. 0/10 for the admin, 10/10 for Dr. Gaines - although we're probably switching pediatric clinics now. UPDATE: TRIED TO GO TO THE WALK IN CLINIC AND THE DOOR WAS SHUT AFTER I CALLED TO CONFIRM I COULD HAVE MY KID SEEN IF WE WERE THERE BEFORE 11 AND THEY SAID YES. IT WAS LOCKED AND I CALLED FROM THE PARKING LOT AND THEY ARGUED WITH ME UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE AND THEN INFORMED ME ITS THE RED SIDE OF THE BUILDING... AS IF I KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS WITH NO FURTHER HELP OR EXPLANATION. 0/10 IF I COULD GIVE IT."
