"Today I went in for a consultation and was charged 200 for just the consult. I was not told beforehand that there would be a charge, or that my insurance was out of network and wouldn’t cover. I shouldn’t have to pay the 200 for a consult. One that’s an absurd amount, and just to be told I’ll have to pay out of pocket for what needs to be done. This was a referral so I thought that meant the doctor and location was in network. The doctor and staff are friendly (at the Springdale location), but they need to let patients know about their consultation fee and charges up front. If I would have known that, I would have canceled, and hoped they wouldn’t charge a cancellation fee! I’ve worked in patient care! Patients don’t want to be blindsided with a charge."

"Dr. Minkin and his staff have been amazing. They go above and beyond to me all your dental needs. They called me after my surgery to check on me. If I ever had any issues at all, they were more than willing to help and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Wynonna has been so kind and helpful. The whole staff is amazing.!"

"Friendly and helpful staff. They seem to be very caring. I have rolling veins and they are small. Dustin got it on the first try. I can't remember the young lady that set me all up but she was fast and kind. The Dr. Was gentle and there was little pain. I would recommend it to anyone who needs dental work."
