"They wanna make you go to multiple appointments prior to an actual cleaning despite only needing a basic cleaning. Which they wanna schedule 3 months out just to talk about what they will do at the next appointment. Aka you get charged twice and your time wasted. And when they fail to schedule a cleaning like you requested they implement a new policy after your “scheduled talk” that if you miss that scheduled talk they will refuse service. Crappy greedy office that doesn’t prioritize customers time or functionality only charging you twice instead of once."

"Everyone was very friendly and comforting. The quality of the place is great and the environment is great as well! Made me feel comfortable and confident in finding a resolution for my dental work then and in the future. Was provided with all the information needed and everyone was helpful explaining everything in detail to help me further understand thoroughly what I needed during my appointment and after for the future going forward with any future dental work I may need. I hadn't been to the dentist since 2011 and was a little anxious but was immediately relieved to find everything kosher as I've explained. Would highly recommend anyone to River Dental. When they didn’t have time to do my cleaning during my new patient appointment, Clara gave me only three available time slots for the rest of the year - two of which were in December (over 2 months away). The x-ray tech, Abby, and Dr. Nguyen were super nice, but I won’t be returning due to the crummy scheduling and front desk situation."
