"My aunt recommended this salon, and I'm glad she did. I had called the day before to ask for any openings and my stylist, Faith, contacted me directly which was super nice. She had a cancellation so we set the apt for the very next day. When I walked in, it was very quiet but the decor and the earrings up front are so cute! Faith greeted me a couple minutes later and took me to her station - which also had super cute paintings on the mirror. I expressed wanting curtain bangs but was worried it would take away from my hair because it is pretty thin. She explained her personal techniques and system, she started the bangs longer and worked with me until we found what I liked. We chatted the whole time and it was a very fun interaction! I love my hair, it feels so fresh and beautiful. Faith is a wonderful stylist who works with her clients' wants and concerns. There were a couple of other stylists doing nails and facials, which I will definitely keep in mind for next time! Thank you Faith!"

"First trip to Urban -- Faith cut my hair. It was to my waist and it needed cut badly. We decided on 6 inches.... I cried a little bit but Faith reassured me that my hair was still long enough to drape over the back of the chair a few inches. LOL! She was an absolute sweetheart and did a wonderful job on the cut. Second trip -- Roxanne. This woman took on my head knowing it would be a good 5-6 hours of work. For context, I naturally have dark brown hair.. I had box dyed it a few months ago with a brownish/red. I wanted a balayage. So dark brown at roots, midbrown going down, and fading into a light blonde. Roxanne KILLED it. There were a couple moments I was unsure if it would turn out the way we wanted it to. You know, since box dye is extremely unpredictable. I have wanted this hair style for YEARS. She made it happen in one session ANNNNDDD my hair is not fried, or brittle. She used K18 & Olaplex through the entire session. She not only gave me exactly what I wanted, she had the health of my hair as a priority. I cannot say enough good things about this woman! She will have me as a customer until the end of time. LOL! Thank you so much Roxanne!"

"Brisa is perfect. I have had bad experiences at two different nail locations in Rogers, my nails would be so tender from being grind on aggressively and my cuticles were cut and beat up after.
