Nail Status

"I got a manicure here last week & it went awful from start to finish. The nail technician started working on my nails with a used nail file. None of her implements look disinfected. She then cut my cuticles in too deep one of them started bleeding. She seemingly forgot the base & top coat, so I had to remind her before she just painted a coat of color polish."

"What a great new place to get nails done in Siloam! We went on a Saturday morning and it wasn't too busy and were able to get right in. There were 3 of us together for pedicures, we had went to Onyx previously but they couldn't get us in at all, they had no availability for the entire day even though we got there right after 1030. So we came here and had a great experience! The building is really nice, they have it decorated pretty cute. We were offered nice massage chairs to get our pedicures done and started right away. They even had enough people for us to do them all at the same time without having to wait for each other. It ended up only taking just over an hour which was really nice. Tammy did my pedicure, but we also had Michelle and one other person, didn't catch her name. Everyone was very friendly and you could tell they knew what they were doing. One of my friends wore tennis shoes and the woman who did her pedicure even helped her put on shoes and socks which was really nice. They started getting busier as we were there a little bit, but it felt like they got everyone in pretty quickly so that was nice. By the time we left, all of the pedicure seats were filled. They also had a TON of color choices which was really nice too. I have a hard time deciding so I ended up with the French tips on my toes. Always fun to do! The only complaint we had was the cost. We had chosen the $30 pedicures, the lowest package, but for some reason were charged more. 2 of us also chose to get French tips done on our toes but we were not told it would cost more. The other person with us go a single color, hers ended up being $45 and ours were $50 for some reason. And we really didn't know why or that it was that much until we paid so that was the only disappointment we had. Overall good experience but I would just make sure you're clear on how much it's going to cost before paying bc that was all BEFORE a tip!"

"Paige does mani, pedi, acrylic, fills, dip powder, gel polish, freehand art, eyebrow and facial waxing. Her art is phenomenal and the jewels on my nails lasted almost a month, she is the best nail tech/cosmetologist in NWA area. I highly recommend her, and call for an appt with Paige, she books up quickly!! :)**** Update: 09/10/2020 Paige is now at Splurge Lounge salon in Fayetteville. If you can't make it to Fayetteville, the ladies @ Nail Status will hook you up! ****"

"My first visit was alright, the girl who did my nails seemed like she just wanted to get it done and over with, she got way too close to my cuticles with the drill and drew blood and went far too deep in my nail beds. The acrylics were too thick and not shaped right. I got them fixed by a manager the next day but now my nails are off and my nail beds are so messed up and painful it’s not even funny. I’ll go back but I’ll definitely be careful with who I get next time"

"I went in for my little girl's 10th birthday and she brought a friend. They got pedicures and their nails painted. Due to a cancellation I got my nails done too. The ladies were so nice and did an amazing job with the girls. My nails turned out perfect. Big thanks to Haley and the ladies who did the girls' nails"
