"It was so nice to have a private room just for our friends. Kim was amazing and everything went so smoothly from booking to the game itself! We did the Hospital room. The puzzles were fun and the right amount of challenging, and the props were really well done. Honestly one of the best escape room experiences I’ve had!"

"Four of us went for an impromptu escape room as I’d never done one before and always wanted to. We liked that this place allowed for smaller groups. As walk-ins, it couldn’t have been easier! Picked our room (haunted museum) and started pretty much right away. Karen was our game master and she was fantastic! At one point we were stumped and she saved us! Without her I’m not sure we’d have solved one of our puzzles. But with her help, we finished the room with just over 2 minutes to spare! It was so incredibly fun! Highly recommend. Thanks, Karen!"

"The Dungeon was great for our large group (9 people) of varied ages and experience levels. When PuzzleWorks says it's a collaborative room they are not lying, some of the puzzles literally cannot be done alone. We also appreciated the variety of puzzles in this room. Physical puzzles, mental puzzles, and I don't think there was a single combination lock among them. We were kept busy the whole time but still made it out with a minute or so to spare. Karen, our puzzle master was so great. She knew when to nudge and when to let us figure it out. She also let us know when we were on the right track but the puzzle itself needed to be reset so we didn't think it was us. Plus Karen was able to bring a chair in for one of our puzzlers who can't stand for long periods. We really appreciated the accommodation. My only regret is that I can't do this puzzle room again! I keep telling my friends and co-workers The Dungeon is top notch. Thanks PuzzleWorks!"

"You could tell by our escape time with nine minutes to spare that Nico did a great job providing the right amount of clues for us in The Dungeon. The room was a fun mix of being a bit spooky, smart puzzle design, and bringing participants together to solve."

"I organized a group of 33 friends in 4 rooms, and everyone had a blast. From puzzle-masters to newbies, it was fun for all! We love Puzzleworks. My family and I have now done three of the four current rooms, and we’re excited for the fifth one to open up soon. Collin, our gamemaster, was great and helpful, but knows the balance of only helping if needed. Nick, the manager, was SO helpful and accommodating while trying to organize such a big group on a busy Saturday evening. Thanks for a super fun night out Puzzleworks!!"
