"Went to grab an office desk last week with my Fiancé. Everything went great and they said it wasn't in stock so we ordered it to be delivered to our home which was perfectly fine. Today it was suppose to arrive so I stayed home and waited for it all day. It didn't show up so I looked at the tracking information and it said a return was being processed. I called the store and was told to talk to talk to distributors because it was their mistake. Then I was told by distributors that it was the stores mistake. Quite frankly I didn't care who's fault it was but I wanted my desk. The only solution I got was make another order for a new one. So basically they took our $350 dollars for a week. Didn't tell us anything about us not getting our desk (no email or call) refunded the amount in 5-7 business days (hopefully) and then ask us to trust them with more of our money. What a bait and switch with no switch! No discount was offered or reconciliation for anything. Just an I'm sorry, want to try again? I will say everyone was super nice but very uninformative about everything. Seems fishy and we will see if we get our money back but either way what an awful ordering experience. I would say if they don't have the product in store then you might as well buy somewhere else."
