"If you guys bring something to be fixed, make sure you will be charged maximum. They dont check if it is just a buton must be replaced. They replace motor and electronics. Dont care. And by the way for Lady in front ,she is very nice, but if you came with something to be fixt and something to by ,she get nervous, in my experience 3 things 3 transition, is kind weird."
"Save your money, throw your broken tool away and buy a Milwaukee. My Dewalt DCCS620B 20 volt cordless chainsaw quit working, as many people online have stated. It was 2 years old with very little use. They repaired it for $100, said the motor and module were bad, but not covered by warranty. I have been an extremely loyal Dewalt tool buyer for years. Not any more. Go Milwaukee, the tools are made better, the warranty is longer and better. Plus they treat you better when you go into the store. At the Dewalt service center, you feel like you are a major inconvenience to the store representative."

"I ordered a replacement charger from this service center and received the wrong part for which they kindly sent another one. Unfortunately, they sent the wrong replacement charger for a second time. Instead of calling, I decided to drive to their service center for which I spent over 30 minutes with the two front desk personnel struggling to provide me with a return as they did not know how to navigate their computer system. They refused to go in the back and attempt to find the correct charger even though I stated three different times that I did not want a refund, but the correct charger. After being refunded, I asked the two front desk personnel where I could obtain a replacement charger for which I was informed that there were numerous options from third parties like Amazon and to just Google the part number. Black & Decker are proprietary items, you cannot just purchase a replacement charger from a third party. After a month and much wasted time, I still do not have a replacement charger."
"I can't say enough about how great I was treated by the good folks here. My nail gun died on a roofing job. They shipped out a new part that day for local delivery. Only problem was once UPS took over it was delayed. And so was my ability to get back on the roof. After a few days waiting for a delivery I called R.D. and explained the urgent need for the part on my job. And he ensured I got a new new part that very same day. They truly went above and beyond. Well done!"
