I was playing this laptop an hour before it was taken in for service and now it won't power on, there's missing screws, and it's still dirty. I am incredibly upset and feel taken advantage of. I spent $300 on parts and labor and have nothing to show for it but a seemingly totaled laptop that was in perfect working order before this.
