"There only 2 friendly employees here, but the rest of them, including management are rude and have attitudes. If you ever say one thing to them or even just smile as you walk past them, they will give you a dirty look and not help. The bathrooms are dirty, their prices are quite a bit more expensive than most, and regardless of what you say to the cashiers, they won't say one word to you or even acknowledge you. One day I asked if there was a return for the wallets, and she completely ignored me. I tried to get her attention, and said "ma'am" once before she lifted her head and very rudely raised her voice, and harshly said "What do you need?!" Like it pissed her off by someone asking a simple question. Loves gas stations are usually really nice, but this location sucks terribly."

"This mechanic shop is trash. We got there and checked in at 7 am. Did not get pulled in to be looked at til 2 pm and they told us they didn't have a part. We had the part brought up here by someone else by 6pm and it's now 10 pm and they said they can't fix it til the morning. The shop manager put me on hold very rudely in mid sentence. This place is ridiculous Carl and will were the shop guys names. I will be following up with management"

"The trucks are parked 4 rows deep in the drive. They are blocking all trucks parked legally in. Management here won’t enforce the parking. They told me that it is my responsibility to wake all the drivers blocking me in. Most truck stops have security to enforce legal parking."

"I only stop here because of the Hardees. It is also on my way to school. They always seem pretty busy. It's usually pretty clean. I stop at Love's when traveling, because I can trust it to be reliably clean and safe."
