"I honestly don't know how this place has 4.7 stars but this is the worst place to buy a vehicle from. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I bought my first car from them back in 2020. It was a 2017 BMW 320I X Drive. When I picked up the car that day, the car had bird poop on the window, the car was NOT CLEAN inside out and the gas had 3 miles. I went home with it that way. Fast forward 2 days into having the vehicle, I was driving home from hanging out with a couple of friends and my stirring wheel stiffened. I got so nervous so I pulled into the closest gas station and contacted the seller right away, they gave me the contact to the previous owner of the car and he told me he never had this issue before. I brought the car to BMW to get the car diagnosed and they said that rats chewed into the front wires causing my stirring wheel to act the way it did. I informed the seller's about the issue & she asked me WHY I BROUGHT IT TO BMW & then blocked my cell phone number. This was the most unprofessional service I've ever received coming from a " 5 star " place. I WOULD NEVER BUY FEOM THEM AGAIN & do not recommend buying any vehicles from their lot. I paid out of pocket to fix my vehicle and found out there was more issues other than the wires. Learn from me."
