"Customer Service is very nice and professional, however the branch closest to my home is not accessible for my wheelchair. I don't have a debit card so I have to go to an accessible branch monthly and purchase gift cards. This is especially difficult because I reside in a skilled nursing facility, and have to use a taxi, etc which frequently are delayed."
"I'm not sure which location tamara Simonson works at but what a headache. I applied weeks ago online to become a member and submitted documents that were requested at the time. Week goes by and I hear nothing. I called either this location or one of the other locations in the metro area and this person is the one I've been communicating with through email.what a nightmare. Again I'm asked for copy of my license or ID which was already submitted online. Then I'm asked for copies current utility bill or somthing with current address. I'm bust with my job so didn't see it right away. What seemed to be almost 5 days. I. Asked why is this needed after I already submitted license online instead of bill and was told by this person you need this or can not approve you. I was bust with work and couldn't get to it that day. I get an email saying I'm denied due to not submitting documents. First off I told tamara I was working. So I submitted current to date utility bill after emailing her and then was told it's not current it has a past due balance . You asked for a bill . Bill was paid in full day prior. At this point its just wasting my time and this is ridiculous. Horrible service . I'm treated better at my current bank.. ridiculous"
"There is a reason this bank has such low ratings I regret ever taking out an auto loan with them and even opened a checking account at one point. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! They have no customer service skills in the branch or over the phone. There’s only one way to make a payment unless you want to pay them an additional $15. Their technology is clearly outdated along with everything else. I can’t wait to pay this loan off. I’m honestly considering selling the car just to be done with Wings."
"I had a dormant wings checking and savings account open to just store some money in. I was getting a $5 monthly invalid address fee charged against my balance for 2 years without me knowing. They had a valid email and phone number. I called to see if the fees could be reversed and they were only able to reverse 2 of them. I elected to immediately close my accounts with them. This is a terrible business practice and I will never recommend Wings to any of my friends or family."
"They really need to work on their customer service. The majority of the customers I see going into this branch are of a certain nationality and feel that they cater more to them. Unfortunately it’s easier to get to this than the one downtown. They are much nicer at the downtown branch but over all my experience with wings has been negative and if my car wasn’t financed through them I’d cancel all dealings with this banking institution"
