"I get the person today 3/18/2024 with her hair wrapped up did not want to be there working, clearly. But damn, can she open her mouth and say hi, tell me my total, like, she clearly acting below her wage. And I get it, life sucks, but go somewhere else with that attitude. Why are all Speedways so horrible these days?"

"Avoid this location at all cost! Terrible! Worst Cashier EVER. I asked a simple question regarding the restrooms and this cashier FLIPPED OUT! Cashier was Extremely Rude. This person should not be employed by Speedway at all. To make things worse... the owner of this store knows and has done Nothing to make things better. Read all the 1-star comments! This has been going on for months, and the owner has been notified by ALL of us who have given this location a 1-star rating. They are allowing this horrible employee to treat customers in a deplorable manner and get away with it. The owner claims they will look into it but they never do take action. This location should NOT be part of Speedway stores. ....(* update ). ... yet again this store owner is trying to avoid responsibility by telling us to respond to some ridiculous private email with more details ( see the store owner response below) No way! I prefer to let you know publicly how terrible your store is and how cashier is treating people. We all have been treated terribly by your cashier. Read the other comments. Your staff is treating everyone like this. How much more do you need to know? Your store is horrible! We've all come to expect higher standards from a Speedway gas station. We expect a Clean store and a Clean Bathroom when we drivers come off the road to gas our cars up. Your store is the worst! Other Speedway stores are clean, friendly and a pleasure to stop at. And they have bathrooms for the motorists stopping in to fill up. Even if you have to ask for a key to use the bathroom that is okay. BUT Not yours! Just a disgusting treatment of customers! First, get staff that are friendly and helpful. It's not that hard! Good employees are out there waiting to be hired. And get a key lock for the bathrooms and start letting your paying customers use it! Gas stations are where motorists expect to go to gas up, grab a snack and a bathroom break. Unfortunately your store is the WORST one I have ever been to in over 30 years in the Twin cities. You should not ruin the good Speedway name! Speedway should not support you or let you use their name. Shameful!"

"Nothing but ghetto black women cashiers who talk to people all kinds of crazy for no damn reason. I literally argued with one of the cashier's cuz she was being rude to other people for absolutely no reason at all. I told her to try that mess with me cuz Im not going for it! Remedial is the only word to describe her mental state but she had enough sense to not try me!"

"It seems that whenever I stop for gas, the payment terminal on at least one pump isn't working. Today, even though they appeared to work, the payment terminal on multiple pumps for some reason kept cancelling my card payment before I could pump gas. I told the clerks inside, but they seemed clueless. Maybe that's why no one was filling up? Typically though, whenever I've stopped, the clerks seem rude."

"This place doesn't deserve the Speedway name franchise. No Restroom, even to paying customers. I filled a full tank gas and I couldn't even use the restroom. The owner should learn something about customer service. The cashier told me with no explanation or apology " We have No restrooms here ". Not, sorry the restroom is being cleaned, or it's out of order or any valid reason, just no restroom here. But there is a restroom. I reached the door and it was locked, 10 A.M in the morning! There is NO excuse to lock a gas station's restroom instead of training your employees to manage and clean it once a day. I'm not going to bother stopping here anymore. I'll take my business somewhere else. I'm a ride share driver and gas stations are practically our rest stops where we buy gas, snacks, drinks daily."
