"No public bathroom. If I fill up a tank of gas at a gas station, I expect to be able to empty my tank as well. If you can’t be bothered to offer a bathroom to paying customers then you should include signage on your gas pumps, letting drivers know that if they need to take a leak, they should get gas somewhere else."
