"Purchased a “new” dishwasher. When we got it unloaded at home, the sprayer arm is broken into 3 pieces, the door clips are all broken off and there was water inside the dishwasher. This item is not new, although it was packaged as such. Seller is requiring us to warranty it out with the manufacturer and will not allow a return less than 24 hours after purchase. This is a scam. They will have you meet at a dark storage unit for pickup. 11/28/23 - Update: They’ve done nothing whatsoever to rectify the situation. The warranty was activated 6 months prior to our purchase of this “new” appliance. We HAVE called in the warranty. The parts - many- that are broken and MISSING won’t be in until the week before Christmas. This dishwasher was purchased to be used for thanksgiving. There has been NO resolution to this matter."
