"My wife and I want to thank the lady working at the Main St. location yesterday afternoon. We had a special need for bolts and nuts to complete a project. She had a good knowledge of hardware and worked from one side of the store to the other to put together what appeared would work. When we got home we had what we needed. Did not get her name but it is rare to find this service these days. Thanks"

"I have shopped at this store for years and have never had any complaints, but yesterday I walked in without a mask and was verbally attacked by an old grouchy guy wearing a mask and face shield. The guy actually yelled at me about their mask requirements. I informed him that the Governor had lifted the mask mandate and he told me that they were following city ordinance which requires everyone to wear a mask. I informed him that he was incorrect. The mayor signed a declaration which uses the term "exhorted", which means strongly recommended. So Fuller requires everyone to wear the mask. I choose not to wear a mask so I guess I will shop elsewhere, but beware before you enter this store that you better have a mask on or you will incur this man's wrath."

"This hardware store has a older fellow that works there . You'll see him wearing a grinders mask. The dude is no Florence Nightingale, but he knows where every item is in the store, how to install it and can recommend several other things to make your job easier and turn out better. The place is well kept, convenient and fair on prices. I'll go there over the big box places everytime."

"All of the employees at the Cantrell location were very helpful but more importantly they were a pleasure to interact with. The importance of leaving a store with a smile on your face has been long forgotten but today I had the pleasure to meet these friendly people"

"They were very helpful finding all the stuff for building a puppy pen. Yet when I pulled around to get the 6, 2x2 boards I asked them to get me some decent ones but when I got home 4 of the 6 boards were twisted, warped and cracked. I will never go back, never."
