"I wanted a preowned living room suite that was a reasonable price, but they ended up calling me and informed me that I would not like the condition it’s in. So that’s pretty much false advertising. Then when I went to go look look for a similar living room suite, the EXACT same set was still on the market for preowned rental. I’m so disappointed that I couldn’t get what I asked for due to the terrible condition it was in. If that would have never happened to me I would have given 5 stars. The previous rental contract was for a new washer. Everything was done beautifully. But this sofa and loveseat experience was totally trash and I hate this happened."
