"Do NOT buy your books here unless you absolutely have to. Their prices are higher than anywhere else. They claim to price match but have so many rules in the fine print (not for rentals, not on book bundles with access codes, etc), that a price match is not likely. I unknowingly bought books on return day and was expected to know that by reading it on small piece of orange paper that was taped to the customer service desk (not even at eye level). If you have multiple classes that require Cengage MindTap, just purchase unlimited access online and read the EText. Will save you a bunch of MONEY!!!!! I realize workers are not responsible for policy, so I walked away and ate the money, but please do not make my mistakes. Buy elsewhere if you can to save money."

"Super expensive. Owned by Barnes and Noble. Don’t buy your books before class. I know the need to be prepared. Just don’t, go to class and ask the instructor. Also, they may have pdf versions on blackboard already. So, with that being said, the bookstore is helpful and fast but… EXPENSIVE."

"Ordered books online for a web course. Drove thirty minutes in the rain the next day to find no parking on the campus without a parking sticker. Lots of empty spaces but none for visitors. One tiny visitor lot was full. The road to the visitors parking deck was closed so I have no idea if the deck was full. I only know I could not park anywhere near the bookstore or even on the campus. I finally parked across University Avenue in a partially abandoned strip mall parking lot and walked about a half mile or so to the bookstore only to be told I had to wait two more days to get the books I purchased online the day before. They allowed me to cancel my online order and pay for the books again in order to take the books home that day so I will offer two stars for that. Of course, they did not have all the books in stock. I went back on their web site to check where I might have missed the information about how long it would take to fill the order. It turns out I didn't miss anything. There was no information about a three day waiting period. Nothing on the web site and nothing on my sales receipt. I will try harder not to buy books of any sort here in the future. There are other options. I will even pay more to not have to endure the frustrations that accompany any visit to that campus."
