He personally walked me through the stone product that I was selecting, made sure it was exactly what I was looking for. He even offered to set a sample outside the store to pick up in case I didn't make it to the store before closing. He provided the product ID's, the number to the order desk, made sure everything was in stock and helped me select an immaculate piece of tile that was exactly what we were hoping for. Give this man a raise. He is a great example of what is lacking as far as sales and service at many places these days. Bill and Kate-Lo made a lifelong customer out of me. "The showroom and staff in Roseville was nice, but nobody answers the phone, or calls back at the warehouse. Also, you can't return the tile unless it's full boxes, even though they don't sell it that way. The warehouse is slow and annoying to pick up tile with the hours it's open. Go to the tile shop if you want prompt easy service."
