"I placed my order and was told the tile would be ready for pickup that following Tuesday.. Wednesday came along and I had not received a phone call or email so I called the store myself. They told me there was a delay and it would be ready a week later(the following Tuesday). Not sure why couldn’t someone give me a heads up on that. Next Tuesday came around.. Still nothing. Today is Thursday and I called and was told it’s delayed once again until Monday. Can't figure out why their staff doesn't attempt to reach out when an order is delayed. I’ve now been delayed twice and had to dig to find out on my own."
