"UPDATE: I just saw the owner response on this. They further validated my concerns by trying to blame me for this. Except for the fact that they are the ones who told me the amount I needed to order! Still won't use them ever again and won't recommend them to anyone in the neighborhood who is looking. Originally ordered class 5 for my driveway last Spring from D Rock. Then the City came and did road construction all Summer in front of our house. Then called to get bid from Clear Scape this spring for the same driveway. They charged over $200 more for the same driveway. I gave them the dimensions of my driveway and they figured the amount needed. I asked about the huge price difference and was told that was due to gas prices and inflation. They delivered 9 cubic yards of Class 5 and it is 2-3 times the amount I need for my driveway. Called to let them know and was given the run around..... "we sent the correct amount based on your dimensions" blah, blah, blah..... They asked me if i was going 3" deep and I said I didn't know and they said that is standard... NOT a D Rock kinda place at all......"

"Very friendly and attentive company to do business with. We had no issues at our HOA with snow removal and lawn services. Our account manager is responsive with questions when we ask and awesome to work with. We're excited to see the new eco-friendly services coming in the future. I would recommend them!"

"HANDS DOWN WORST EVER!! After being in property management for 20 years, I can honestly say I have never seen such an incompetent, irresponsible and non-professional company. They do the property where I live and to say it's a joke is an understatement. We are lucky if we get snow pass-thru w/in 2 days and it usually takes over a week to get a complete plow. The walks usually are done about 36 to 48 hours after snow. I do our main walk so emergency vehicles could get someone out. Summer landscaping is just as poor. They have "their pattern" and never switch directions so grass usually is just pushed over verses cut. They will cut when so dry or wet that they shouldn't and when wet it usually leaves large groves in ground. Clippings are blown into the decorative gardens which brings more weeds and weeds or edging are rarely attended to. Truthfully I could go on but that should give enough detail to get my point across. I will say 1 last thing. After the 20" snow fall, for us, it was 35" before we got plowed out a week later, then left what they plowed up on the sidewalks for another week. After reading the reviews I only hope that they are redoing them too and taking them seriously."

"This is the worst snow removal company ever in history. They do not know how to remove snow from edge to edge they don't know how to do your city sidewalks on a consistent basis. If you let this company do your snow removal for your property cross your fingers if they show up and do it. If they do show up get ready for a sloppy job. This company was so much better when Bill was in control.They had to change the name from on time because they could not hold up for what that named stood for. You have been warned. I work for a company that they currently service. And there work ethic is garbage."

"I was purchased 2 yards of black mulch from here and they loaded dirt on the mulch. Really guys? My first and las time purchased something here Update: Updating, I asked for mulch and black dirt, and I have no problem with that, the problem is that the mulch came mixed with sand and class 5. Please don't take me for a fool because I know what I'm talking about."
