"Window guy is terrible. Called friday he said he would check and call me back. Today is Tuesday still no call. Called back and spoke to the other window guy, said he would get back to me and he did in about 15 minutes but no info. I am assuming he needs to talk to Troy to get clearance to tell me anything. All other ABC locations are much nicer. It is so easy for people top say we apologize these days. Really don’t believe it is sincere and is having less meaning."
