"This experience took place over a year ago and I have not been back and will never go back!! I was going to let this go but I can't forget the awful feelings I got when done there so that's why this review. I went in to buy some tool and exchange a broken torex socket I bought from them. The Manager accused me of misusing the tool and refused to warranty it. He also questioned my abilities as a mechanic ( 35 years experience) and also said some personal things that I don't want to repeat. It's too bad the manager of this location is lacking such easy customer service skills because he has lost out on a long time customer. Turns out the broken socket only cost $2.50. Which I bought. But the manager is lucky I'm a calm guy because anyone else would have not been so nice. Stay clear of this place until this guy is gone!!! There are many other places to buy tools from with way better service"

"Great employees, very old school way of doing business. Which has its positives and negatives. They are very much face to face people. So if you build a relationship with them continually buying tools then will work hard on your behalf for tool warranties and whatnot. But if your just some random person off the street, they aren't really setup to be a full retail business."
