"Customer service was polite but I called them in advanced and asked them to check stock before I even placed the order with them for the tile cutter I needed. Payed extra for the fast shipping only to have to call and then tell me their inventory was wrong and the item hadn’t shipped out. Now I’m behind on work and have to place an order with a thru a different supplier with wait time again. Disappointed because I called to make sure this did not happen."

"Was hesitant on seeing lowest prices on some tile wedges that others couldn't match but took the risk. Had to send a question in via online form and it was answered quickly. Everything proved to be absolutely no worry and was shipped fast and at my door days later. One tile wedge pliers item was on back-order but also received in a fast and timely manner. Will be buying from again."

"BUYER BEWARE!!! They sent the wrong item to me. When I advised them, they referred me to their return policy. I asked if they were paying the return shipping costs since it was their mistake, and they sent me a return label. Now they want me to bring the package somewhere and have it shipped, which I cannot do, instead of them having the item picked up by UPS or FedEx, or they want me to schedule a pick up at my expense. It is their responsibility to appropriately correct their own mistakes, not the customer’s. A customer should not pay for the company's mistakes nor be responsible for fixing them. Such poor customer service. Another thing. After I noticed that my shipping costs would have been approximately $6 less two weeks after I placed my initial order and questioned it, I was told that their shipping fees can vary day to day and they have no control over that. I find that hard to believe. Beware of your dealings with this company."

"Mails me this item missing parts damaged box unwilling to provide pre paid shipping label. Then says. Because I returned after 30 day in which I asked multiple times for a prepaid shipping label I am getting half my money back and I had to pay $440 To ship it back. Horrible customer service. Unwilling to help Their customers. Don’t do business with them."
