"This place has the best dirty chai lattes and breakfast sandwiches. It is a great stop after a hot yoga class across the hall or if you need some caffeine while you shop downtown. The staff is friendly and your food and drink comes out quick!"

"A great place to grab lunch. Employees are very nice and welcoming and they were helpful as well. The menu is easy to read and there is space where you don't have to be 'in the line' to view the menu too. Parking, you will have to either park on the street or in the bigger parking lot in the back. It's very easy to find parking. Food. Food isn't bad at all. Got the sandwich below and it was more than enough for lunch. Price is good for what it's worth and given. Atmosphere. A good place to chat but if you want quiet and peace, I would not recommend it. There is WiFi available here, which is very convenient if you need it. Overall, a great place to try out if you're in Detroit Lakes. Double check the hours to see when they are open."

"It is a hit or miss every time I go to this place, this time it was a miss, my drink was a blended white chocolate mocha. It was a regular mocha and it wasn't really blended enough. Sometimes it is really good but it is 50/50."

"The baked goods are all wrapped under plastic and don’t look fresh. Frankly, they were totally unappealing. I ordered espresso, which was watery and tasted burnt. If you are going to be pretentious and name your shop “La Barista,” your espresso extractions should at least be done properly. I get that your fancy milk and flavored drinks cover up the barista’s errors, but your customers still deserve to be getting correctly prepared espresso at a shop like this."
