"Grand Design re-carpeted our living room, 3 bedrooms and family room. Additionally, we obtained new vinyl plank flooring for our kitchen, dining room, entryway, and 2nd bathroom. The entire process was excellent, from shopping for products (thanks Cheryl and Kim!) to installation. The installation was very well executed and was completed without a hitch. The installers were prompt, quick, pleasant and courteous. They managed shuffling our heavier pieces of furniture with no incident. I can't say enough about how smoothly the project was completed, thanks to the Grand Design team! And, we love our new floors!"

"Horrible experience! I mean HORRIBLE! They were a sub contractor for my contractor who handled a water loss claim. Their crews were messy and left so many pop cans and energy drinks all over my house. Left big gaps on the LVF that they installed where it butts against the walls. Even after putting base shoe on it didn’t cover the gaps. After the install, it took me hours to vacuum all of the floors that got carpeted. We have lumps everywhere in our carpet, where they left chunks of old foam or old fastners. Here’s what takes the cake. After opening my locked closet for them, my $25k dollar diamond cross and diamond chain is missing. Filed a police report. Had to file a claim on my own homeowners insurance. Nobody from the company ever called to discuss it with me or apologize for what their crew did. So now my rates will go up! Such a lousy experience! Thankfully my insurance paid me in full. I know they use subcontractors and are not directly responsible for the theft, but to not even call me when they found out, tells you all that you need to know. For my terrible experience, they knocked $500 off my bill even though they made great money installing new flooring in my entire 6000 sqft home! Tell your guys I hope they enjoy my one of a kind, non replaceable Jewlery! I will bet now that they will reply that they don’t know who I am, can’t find me in their system! Funny, when they get a good review, they also know who it is, but not when they get a bad review! Before you claim I’m not in your system, don’t even try it! You were hired by Wilet and you def know who I am! FYI, if I had even received a phone call and apology, I would have never resorted to this! Update to owners response to my review- First of all, NO apology was EVER made to us about the multiple messes and poor cleanup. No apology was ever made regarding the necklace. As far as “multiple subs” in my home, that’s not true. The only sub that was ever in my locked closet, where I kept the necklace, was your carpet subs. Whether you’re cooperating or not, I still do not see how you don’t call us and show even an ounce of concern or apologize for the situation itself. Again, I don’t hold you responsible for what someone else does, but your response to it and lack of care is a reflection of you and shows how little you care for your customers! Lastly, nobody refused anything. I was sick and in bed they say you guys showed up and was not getting up to deal with it. The contractor was showed the MULTIPLE spots and 10000000% agrees with me, to the point he thought it should be ripped up. I could have made you come back, but I was done dealing with you guys. I’ve simply had enough. We will let the readers decide how they feel about how this all was handled. We are not “nightmare” customers. We aren’t lying or trying to get over on you. If we were, we’d of demanded the carpet be torn up and redone or not paid the bill! An apology would have gone along way like I said and even now in your reply, you refused to do it. Pretty sad!!"
