"Great hardware store where they know how to help you with your project! I stopped in to have deadbolt and door set (Schlage) rekeyed. It took all of 15-20 minutes and was done perfectly. I had the "original" key with the number which helped with the accuracy, but staff member was very helpful."

"The people of Hardware Hank know there stuff and know there store inside and out. I went to Home Depot for a delta cartridge and online their website said they had 5, but got in store none to be found. I went up to Fergusons in Rogers and the guy at the front desk gave me the wrong cartridge and said it would work. It didn’t. I forgot the gentleman’s name from hardware hank but he took me right back to where the delta cartridges were and matched the numbers exactly to the old cartridge I had in my hand. He was kind enough to walk be through how to install the cartilage and made sure I left with some plumbers grease for o rings. What a great experience. I will be coming back for any home repair needs. Priced fairly also cartridge was 2 dollars cheaper than Home Depot."

"I’ve grown to love this place. At first I thought they would be too small to have what I need for house projects but every time I call, they have what I need. When I show up, a staff member always walk me me to the product and give me some advice. So much better than going to Lowe’s or Home Depot. I’m also always in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great neighborhood hardware store."

"LeVahn Brothers installed a water heater at my condo. The installer deposited sludge (from the old water heater) into utility room’s drain. Consequently, the drain clogged. There was a disagreement as to what caused the clog. Subsequently, I received the two pictures and videos from the tenant informing of excessive water in the utility room the migrated to the garage stairway and ultimately down to the garage on the lowest level. The water is backwash from the water softener regeneration. LeVahn was not responsive in taking ownership of their installer’s incompetence or fabrication of his actions. Although LeVahn did good job with the installation, they were dishonest in the approach and resolution of the issue. Overall, I do not think this is representative of the company’s culture, but rather the bad act of one employee and the management commitment to the employee, and their bottom line. For this reason, I would not trust nor use LeVahn’s service unless I could 100% visually monitor every step of the work being done."

"I had a leaking flex hose from a 20 year old Kohler faucet and could not find the replacement part anywhere because it had been discontinued. When I found it online the retailers would have it listed as out of stock of discontinued. I called Hardware Hank and Chris was able to have the part for me in 3 business days. Excellent customer service!"
