"Contrary to "a message from the owner" they carry 0 parts for International trucks and refuse to sale any from their other locations cause of some scarry non law about markets! Might want to remove the "and International" part so nobody else gets yelled at and made fun of on the phone!"

"DO NOT EVER take your truck here. They do shotty work and are not honest. My husband's truck was in their shop for 3 WEEKS to put a rebuilt front rear end in. After picking it up, on the way home, guess what the rear end started doing? SPITTING OIL EVERYWHERE. Then, they refuse to take any responsibility for it. Now, we are going to have to pay for a tow truck to haul it to another shop to get it fixed correctly. Tri State is saying my husband has to prove it was their work that went bad, and then they'll "consider" paying for the tow. When charging my husband, they ordered all the parts separately, and after speaking to another shop, we were told they could have ordered a pre assembled rear end and it would have been much cheaper. No one bothered to share that information with my husband. Did whatever they could to make more money instead of being concerned about the customer. Customer service is horrible. Wouldn't even give 1 star."

"Bought some parts, the guy behind the computer unprofessional doesn't know how to look up for parts , that's why took a while to take my order ... at least glad that my coolant hose get cracked right a mile from Volvo dealer. Replaced by myself took 15 minutes"
