"Bad experience. The job took all day. No test drive. Disrespected me and my supervisors by the owner and staff. They milk the clock and do not provide good service. Pieces were left loose, the owner wanted me and my supervisors to allow our truck to be test driven by one of their guys without me to accompany with all my personal belongings in the truck. Bad choice of decision making by the shop. As we were gonna run away without paying them, when they were milking the clock, and whole trailer in their yard we needed to drive off with. I got ganged up on by their crew. Should be inspected through the better business bureau the way they wanted to flex their muscle."
"I just dropped off the truck, parking lot is big enough found a spot easy, checked in was easy enough"
"best shop in the city, very honest and hard working people."
"When we scheduled my Freightliner to be repaired , Bill told us it would take a few days maybe a week. Took it in on June 26 to start work on Monday 6/28/21. At the end of the week Bill said it wasn't done yet. The next week Bill told us he forgot his mechanics were taking vacation before and after the 4th of July holiday and could not tell us when it would be ready. Two weeks and two days later it was finally ready at a cost of $6,561.85. When we picked it up, the oil filters that I had bought and had in the truck for them to use were still sitting there despite me telling Bill specifically to put the new oil filters on . They had marked the labor and filters cost on the bill. I spoke with Bill and he admitted they did not do the work( yet charged us for filters and labor). He gave us cash back for that amount. Bill told us that there was a leak in the head gasket and he was not able to do that repair. Bill recommended we talked it to United engines in Benton. They are a Detroit 60 certified repair shop. So glad Bill recommend them. They cleaned it thoroughly and told us there was no leak in the head gasket. They found that the oil pan gasket was leaking and replaced that. Bill at Quality Truck Repair had listed on our bill that they replaced the oil pan gasket. The oil level had not been touched as I had to add over a gallon of oil after Quality' s repairs. We had to pay United Engines to do the work that Quality Truck Repair had already charged us for but did not do. This was another day off work. When you are an owner operator , every day of work you lose really hits hard. Bill is a business man and should have known if he had mechanics off on vacation before he scheduled us for a three day repair that turned into almost two and a half weeks. Because we have caught these lies we now are not sure how much of the work listed as completed by Quality Truck Repair was actually done.We are now going to pay to get a mechanic to determine if all the parts they claim they installed are actually new. Quality Truck Repair really screwed us over. I have all records and receipts and history of phone calls to verify this complaint.Update: UPDATE, After Bill spoke with United Engines he realized our complaint was valid . He became very civil at that point and volunteered to refund a portion of money (over $500).There is no way to compensate for days off work or having to take it to another shop to get work done properly."
"These guys came to the rescue when my AC went out in my truck. They were able to get to it instantly, too. The price was a shock, I couldn't believe how fair they were. They have a great crew here. Will recommend to anyone who needs great quality work done that won't break the bank."
