"I’m extremely unhappy with the way my vehicle looked when I picked it up and they did not do everything they were supposed to do. When I took my car in for a new bumper, I had two very cloudy front headlights. I have actually tried multiple times for years to improve the clarity and have never been successful. Therefore, I am well aware of what they looked like when I dropped it off. The first thing I noticed when I went to pick it up was that there was one clear headlight and the other one was cloudy. I was very clear that it wasn’t the same and I wasn’t happy with it. The headlights were not even a part of the repair order. The employee looked at a picture of the bumper which showed a cloudy headlight shining in the sun saying it was clear when I brought it in, but I am more than positive that it wasn’t. It looks terrible! Even the employee said it looks bad. I asked her why they would tell me to come pick it up if it looks bad?! She didn’t answer me. She then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t believe me and that they didn’t touch the headlights. Clearly someone did something to one of the headlights. It’s blatantly obvious. I have photos. It looks terrible. I believe they broke one of the headlights and replaced it with a used one that was clear. It does have some wear, but it’s obviously newer than the original one. I admit that I probably didn’t handle it properly, but it was absolutely appalling that they would not have replaced both to match. They may have been cloudy, but at least they matched before I brought it to McClarty Daniel. As I was leaving, I got into the car and the front passenger side airbag light was on, just as it was when I asked them to please check it as well, because it had not been on until my vehicle was hit from the front end. It didn’t deploy the airbag, but it did something that caused the light to come on. That was not even addressed at all apparently and at that point I was just done with them. I am still driving around with two very mismatched headlights and an airbag that is not safe. Thanks so much McClarty Daniel. I will not be returning or recommending your service. I’m extremely dissatisfied."

"I’m giving four stars because they kept my car longer than estimated and I had to call them to get that info. Everything else was great but when I need to plan ahead, I would like information about my vehicle, especially when it is delay in me getting it back. Even the final pick up date was a surprise to me. That said, they did do a really good job and my car looks great. Everything else was perfect."

"Dropped my Camry off for a recall paint job and had a couple things replaced during the process to came back to a beautiful painted Camry!! So far everything looks incredible and the fact that it came with a lifetime warranty is a plus!! They even had the car detailed when I picked it up which was something I didn’t expect but greatly appreciated! Will definitely be using them again in the future!"
