"We took our vehicle back to Budget Transmission for a shifting issue that they had "fixed" 10 months earlier. I thought since they had repaired it the first time that they could help us understand why it had gone out again. They said they would look at it and give us a call. Two weeks pass and no call, so we call them to check in. They told us they had ordered a part and were waiting on it. Two more weeks pass with no communication so we call again and they tell us this time that they haven't even looked at our car. After having our car for over a month and not fixing the problem, we went and picked it up."

They also have a mini storage facility with very reasonable pricing. I personally have not had any repairs done but know many people who always return to Budget when they need that type of work done."
