"I recently brought my 96 318i into the shop to have it looked at. Possibly to have the clutch bled. I had to tow the car over to the shop first off. So a week goes by and no one has even called me and said anything about parts. I decided to call this morning to check on my vehicle and a gentleman said he’d check on it and he’d call me right back. They call me back to tell me they are short staffed and they can not even look at my car anymore and I need to pick it up. I ask him, why even have me bring it over? He said he does not have an answer. I also asked him why they never called me after a week of knowing this? He claims to have been sick. If I didn’t call them today, there is no telling when they would have even called me about my own car. Do not recommend these guys at all."
