"Customer service was not great. If you order off the website it says the items will be delivered and has you schedule the date but does not tell you you have to go to the physical store first which aparently is what you are supposed to do. I found that out because when my product was not delivered I called up there and was basically yelled at that they were not delivering that day it would be delivered the next day then I called the next day and was informed no you have to come in first. The website also does not tell you when that store is actually out of stock of the thing you bought or only has part of the order in stock. Over the phone they were not to friendly. Then when going up there they were not all that friendly either. And they only had part of the product I was attempting to order. So that was frustrating. After thinking about the whole experience over the weekend I just decided to cancel the agreement and return the part of the product I ordered that I actually had recieved."
