"SCAMMERS!! There was a big hail storm in June in Hot Springs and they were going to all the parking lots and then going into businesses asking people which car was theirs and how it was hail damage. They kept pushing to get our cars fixed and that they would up the price tot he insurance companies so that way they can gain profit as well as us(their clients) could too. That was very suspicious from the beginning. Our vehicle was very damaged and they said it would take less than a week to get it fixed so we went ahead and let them fix it. They gave us a rental that reeked like marijuana and they would never answer our phone calls. After three weeks we got our vehicle back because we drove to their shop and demanded our car back. They guy said it was not done and they were waiting on a part but they would call us to get it out on but we were able to take it. They never called us about the part and when we drove to the shop to ask about our vehicle they had left town already. We tried to tell our insurance about it and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because it was paid out already. They are not.reliable at all and took our insurance money with them. The entire moonroof is shattered and was never repaired. They are $14k richer but we are left with a damaged car"

"Honestly, really annoyed with HSG. After the hail, some douche from there showed up. We told him, nicely, that we weren’t interested and it was already handled with another company. Instead of saying okay and leaving. He wanted to argue about how we filed and that he was so much faster. We told him again, NO THANK YOU. He was very pushy and rude. I was going to let it go and not leave a review but I’m annoyed with the amount of business cards they keep putting on my car. We’ve already said no, stop harassing us."
