Walmart Supercenter 3601 2nd Street South, St. Cloud, MN 56301

"Went there to buy a tv and when it rang up $20 more than marked I asked them to correct the price. Since this happens frequently at this location I had taken a picture of the tagged price and the item in the location next to the tag to make the process easier. This still took the cashier and csm a while to fix and a line had formed of angry customers behind me. After it was rung up the cashier told me one of the bags in my cart of pricier items hadn’t rung up and needed to be rerun even though I was sure it had already been rung through but I didn’t want to make everyone wait longer than they already had so I handed it over and paid for my order. Sure enough once I had checked out and checked my receipt at in the entryway they had charged me twice for those items costing me more than I had saved by being charged the correct price for the tv. I wasn’t even rude to the cashier and had apologized for causing her the inconvenience of dealing with the price adjustment and I still got screwed on my order. This is a common occurrence at this location. Items regularly ring up as more at the register as marked on the shelf even if you double check the barcodes match. Cashiers are unhelpful. Online orders are missing items you pay for or you’re sent items that are inedible and it’s always a headache trying to get any of it fixed so you’re usually out money in the end. Not worth what you would save shopping here vs the more expensive competitors in the end."

"No customer service. The works don't know where things are. Zoned all wrong. And workers will give you attitude. If you speak up against them. They will tell you to stay out of their business, and to shut up. Will use the N word in front of customers. Their customer service has gone away. Workers use to help the customers. And was polite to them. Now they are not"

"Five stars (more if I could) for Bill in the auto section. He helped me without hesitation, along with helping many others along the way. I can tell that the store really relies on his experience. Thank you again, Bill. You’re awesome!!!!!!!"

"Absolute garbage. I placed a delivery order last week; they only delivered half the items, and some of them were the wrong item. I was charged for the full order and given no explanation. I called corporate customer service, and they refunded me and said they would notify the store which should contact me within 48 hours. This was over a week ago, and I have heard NOTHING. I tried calling the store directly, and they won't answer the phone! ZERO STARS!"

"It is very hard to shop at this Walmart location as none of the items are ever located in the correct place, and the prices on the tags usually correspond to a completely different item than what you’re looking at on the shelf. Very unorganized and a total lack of customer service since you can not communicate with any of the foreign employees. Very disappointed in Walmart now days and I honestly think I will pay the extra dollar and start shopping at Target. A few pictures are attached to this post to show what the shelves look like at 7am as there are a lot of items misplaced and not in their correct spot on the shelf. I shop before work, so I really don’t have time to look at the barcodes to try to find the correct price. I will more than likely never visit this location again."
