He and his crew paid attention to many details including several improvements and fixes that were both helpful and necessary: removing unnecessary outlets, plumbing fixes, replacing bad trim work, bringing appliance hookups up to code, etc. Both the plumber and electrician he uses were great to work with; I was able to ask them to do a few extra things for me as well. Bob responded to my emails and calls, answering all of my questions and requests. They worked with my timing, everything was primarily on time and I was notified when there were a couple of slight delays."
