"I hired Dean to fix some windows that had collapsed glass. Until I uncovered Dean, I always thought I needed to replace these windows at a cost that discouraged me from doing it. Dean came in, consulted with us, measured our bad windows, and went off to order materials. I had two round top windows, so they were custom orders. Given the Pandemic supply chain issues, it took a couple months to get the materials but once Dean had line of sight to our material delivery, he immediately informed me that he was coming in to do the work.
