"I bought a very expensive machine from this company that was supposed to be delivered by Fedex freight. The machine showed up damaged and I contacted the company immediately to inform them of the situation. They initially informed me that they would ship out a new machine and take back the damaged machine and deal with Fedex on the damage claim. After waiting for over a week i called them and inquired as to when I would receive the new machine only to find out that they didn't ship it as they are now waiting for fedex to come and inspect the damaged machine. Fed ex was already a week late in delivering the machine and then I had to actually go to the warehouse and pick it up in order to keep from waiting any longer. I'm still waiting to hear from Fedex on the inspection and I believe ultimately Fedex freight is responsible for the entire problem ,but Beach equipment is responsible for doing the right thing and resolving the issue . At this time I wouldn't recommend either company. Update: I spoke with the owner of the company and he informed me that he would do the right thing by me and resolve the issue. As of yet nothing has been resolved and I haven't heard back from him. Fed ex did send a third party representative to access the damage to the machine. I haven't heard anything from them either. I have learned a very valuable lesson ,or should I say I have relearned a very valuable lesson and that is to never pay for anything until it is received in good condition. Of course the company would never send this unit before payment ,but In retrospect I would have used their financing company to get the process started and then pay it off when I received it. At least that way you have some leverage. Now I have ZERO! Still wouldn't recommend either company. I wanted to share an update on this situation. Ultimately everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I still wouldn't recommend fed ex or any other freight company for that matter as they are all horrible. I would recommend to anyone to do a very thorough inspection on anything you receive even if it means holding up the driver or unboxing the item. Once you sign the document you own it. The freight companies rely on this to screw you over As far as Beach equipment is concerned this company comes highly recommended by me. They did everything they could and resolved the situation perfectly when given enough time. The owner is an A+ guy! The machine I bought is also a very good machine, overall I am very happy with it."
