"UPDATE: I was immediately contacted by Arrow Building Center leadership and they will be working to make this right. Depending on that outcome- I will update this post again. I appreciate the immediate reach-out to try and fix the situation. Original Post: I am beyond dissatisfied with my recent experience with this lumber yard as a LONG Time Customer! Shameful how they lie to and treat customers. Take your business elsewhere- I will be. Additional background- myself and my family have been customers for well over 10 years doing many projects- some as big as whole houses and small multi-family projects. I recently submitted plans and was told they would bid my project as they always have.Then weeks went by and I checked in via email and phone calls multiple times a week. No responses most of the time or we will get to it the other times. Then this week after I emailed and phoned multiples time on the status of my project after they have had the window schedule and plans for weeks and we had been discussing the project for a MONTH- they said- "our management said we are too busy to bid this now". I understand the current building environment and lumber are difficult- I was patient on my timeline and could be patient on various elements for delivery. But to be strung along and lied to - when I could have been working with someone else is downright dishonest. I'd love the chance to speak with someone in Arrow Building Center's Leadership about this horrible experience."
