"Terrible customer service. There's an older guy that works there when I came back to get a reprint for a damaged print and he didn't even want to acknowledge me while I was standing there at the register. Had to wait for another guy that was doing something else to come up and ask me what I needed. Not only was my print damaged but there was some stains on the back. Not a big deal but I thought it was very unprofessional."
