"The young lady who helped us on my most recent visit wasn't very friendly, but I understand it can be a very busy and stressful work place. I usually do wait in line but it isn't anything unreasonable. I've never been able to complain about any order... ever. My family and I agree best snocones we've had. I'm admittedly a tough critic over all, and I do think the snow shack is worth giving a try."
