"I place an order online and it's always very simple. I arrive to the store to not have sausage on the pizza so it's basically a cheese pizza ...I let them know that it's incorrect and I made sure to click sausage but instead of them saying "it's okay we'll remake it for you" they try to prove that it didn't show up on their end so I must have made a mistake. It was almost like they took it personal as if it was coming out of their paycheck . They remade it for me and when it was done the woman there said here you go placed it on the counter and turned her back as if she had an attitude so I pick it up and leave.. get home and realize it's undercooked lol. I didn't even bother letting them know I just put it in my oven to cook it longer. This place has gone downhill so damn much. I'm always super polite to any and everybody because I know some people don't like their jobs."

"Ordered several hours in advance. I got a call about 15 minutes from my pickup time that it would be another 45 minutes. It was actually another hour and a half. My event started at 5, we didn’t get our pizza until 5:20. And we waited in store to pick it up for 45 minutes. Also, the overcharged me by $40. This is not the first time this has happened. Smaller orders seem to get the priority, but larger orders just mess up everything. We have had too many problems in the past to continue ordering from them."

"This was our first time eating here.We decided to order here because they had sandwiches and Salads. Our other company doesn't. Yes,we cheated on them. Lol, The food was hot and good. The sandwiches in the pics are Philly Cheesesteak and Chicken Parmesan. The Philly's have extra steak on them. When you order online it says it's a 1/2 Sandwich but it's a whole one,cut in half. They are 8 inches long and 4 to 5 inches wide with steak hanging out all around. The bread is toasted but super soft. If you are a Foodie,You are going to love these. We had to call back for a missing item,the staff was very nice and they took care of it. It wasn't the driver's fault,my neighbors dog startled her and it was pouring down raining plus there was a lot of cars in the yard. For all we know it could be under one of them. She was trying to get to safety,Rightfully so...Enjoy the pics."
