"Oh funny do not trust this service dept or the manager. Very very deceptive trade practices and do not trust the owner/manager to be able to assist you when the service depths tries to scam you. This issue runs deep. The service manager is apart of the problem and not entirely sure if the owner is a part of the fraud a the service manager is but beware. This is being brought to Hyundai themselves to see if they are aware of what this franchise has been up to."

"Car been in shop a week. Just told it would be 2 wks before they pull it in and work on it and probably a mth before I get it back. And will not give a courtesy car. Said I have to rent one. Update 1/20/24 car was there 2 mths and didn't receive a courtesy car."
