"My vehicle I purchased from York Gary ran hot so they kept it a day over until the next to run a diagnostic on it. I received a call that afternoon stating the thermostat was out. If I chose not to replace it I would have to be charged diagnostic fee. If they did replace it I would not be charged diagnostic only part and labor. I agreed for them to fix it since that was the problem. An hr later I received voicemail to update me on my vehicle she then stated “oh the fan is out, part and labor 300 do you want us to fix it?” I then stated when the diagnostic was ran the first time why was I not told about them both then?"
