"I’ve had the worst experience as far as purchasing a car from the lot in Arkadelphia, even after explaining my hesitation and then reassuring me they would get me in a good vehicle, I purchased my vehicle from Car-Mart in Arkadelphia back in August and 3 days later I found out the car had some pretty severe issues, brought the car back in, they kept it for about 4 days to only find out after getting an oil change that it hadn’t been fixed, they have a list of things I left for them wrong with the car, I’ve brought and dropped the car off at least 3 times and had to make arrangements to pick it up only for it to not be fixed properly and something. else go wrong, Now as cold as it is the heat is going in and , every time I call, its either he’s not there, I leave a message never to get a return call and when I speak to him I feel like I’m just being told something to brush me up, Angela has tried to take care of some of these things for me and I appreciate her for all her help. My car still has all these issues from months ago with no resolve, it’s always he doesn’t have enough people to come get my car and bring it back when I’ve been told that is not the case.. Here it is January and I’m still have the worst time with this car.."
