"My friends T- mobile did not get reception, so I tried to call the hotel in the middle of the night and the front desk person said he did not have the ability to transfer the call to my friends room. Our other friend had just been taken by ambulance from the hotel. We ended up using WhatsApp."

"Rooms are kept clean and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I only have two issues, one of which can’t really be helped. First, if you have a room that’s facing the highway, expect a lot of the sound to get through. Second, this might again depend on the room you get, but I stayed on the tail end of the building, and the provided WiFi kept dropping out. When it was connected, it was painfully slow. Seems like more WiFi extenders might be needed The second issue can be alleviated somewhat because the cell coverage is excellent, atleast on T-Mobile. Expect around 800 Megabits down when you get to Caddo Valley."

"The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the customer service we received from the older Hispanic guy was great. He was very friendly and attentive. Made my kids and me feel comfortable. The only downside is the area, upon arrival we saw a woman coming out with an older white guy and it was clear as day that they exchanged money for services rendered. Which made me feel uncomfortable but I disregarded it and stayed the night. There is a bar right beside the motel but the motel is well insulated that you can't hear anything from the outside or inside which is great! I had made a reservation online for $54 but after checking in it came out to $64. That's because when I reserved online there wasn't an option to add my kids (at least I didn't see one) so I didn't fuss about it plus I had my dog too and wasn't charged extra! Overall it was a decent place to get some rest."

"Hard to find because it has the cleanest rooms compared to the other economy motels. It also has endless hot water unlike the more expensive hotels so you definitely get the best bang for your buck and a nice hot shower after a long trip. And the water doesn't have a mold taste and smell like the econo lodge place has. Not to mention the great service by a staff who is always very accommodating and welcoming. Wifi is good. Tv has a lot of channels. Close to food and entertainment. Great place to stay!"

"Personal experience has taught me that hotels with low rates like this are hit or miss at best. Decided to take a chance here after reading reviews and I will definitely be back. Room: Squeaky clean, smelled great, linens in great condition, good TV, and super comfy beds. Only qualm is that the floors were kind of slick, which might be a bit precarious for anyone who is a fall risk. Staff: Billy was absolutely wonderful. He greeted me by name walking in and was an an absolute delight to be around. As someone who has about a decade of management experience, Billy is exactly the kind of employee I would work to keep. His customer service and demeanor are phenomenal. Building: The building definitely needs some maintenance. Some repainting and small structural repairs here and there. Fortunately I heard no noise from the nearby highway. Overall, 4.8/5."
