"My truck was repaired which I am thankful for. They put in new batteries and a new alternator but to my surprise, this lady called Dora said that I will get one year warranty on the parts and three months on labor but couldn’t get a receipt from the shop for the parts. So if I was in another state with a breakdown (God forbid) how would I claim the warranty on the parts not knowing where I bought the parts from? In my opinion, it smelt fishy, classless and expensive. After repairing the truck, the inverter wasn’t working, had to take it to loves to find out that in the process of putting everything together, the inverter line was loose, hanging not attached to the batteries, luckily loves shop fixed it. The whole bill cost me $2000 which I think was too pricey, although the repaired the truck, I think they find ways to charge extra."

"God bless this business!! I'm so thankful these guys were available to help my driver on a Saturday just 2 days before Christmas. They came from Little Rock down to Dumas, AR to find out why the truck wouldn't start. They went out of their way to make sure we got back up and running. The mechanic was knowledgeable, kind and hard working. Their staff is professional and has great communication and they have fair and honest pricing. I've never used these guys before but I have them saved now and they will be the first people I call when we need help again in the area."
