"This is where you go for your biometrics, mainly for Greencard. It was super quick. However they won't let you in earlier than 15 mins to your appointment time. This place is for biometrics only so no one will be able to answer any questions regarding your case progress. Took less than 5 minutes inside. If your paper work is all good, they don't even ask anything. I have visited this place many times for my own process and now for my parents and it always have gone well so no complaints for me."
