"I bought PREMIUM carpet and pad from this business. After paying for the carpet the problems began. They only had one (1) room to carpet. I removed ALL the furniture BEFORE they arrived...but it still took two (2) days to install the new carpet! The job was NOT finished but the installer stopped working on it and just disappeared...never to be seen again! Five (5) calls to the owner resulted in five (5) excuses. The problem has yet to be RESOLVED and I continue to walk on an incomplete installation as of 12/21/2019. Recommend them? NEVER...even to my ex-wife!!!!"
