"Zero stars. Had vehicle towed in for damaged transfer case. Tech replaced clutch and transfer case. Truck was repaired in a timely manner. Shop provided an in house 12 month 12,000 warranty. Transfer case failed within the warranty period. The failed transfer case/or clutch ruined the gears in my transmission. Had vehicle towed in for warranty repair but owner refuses to replace transmission. Owner has made no repairs to my truck and won't honor the warranty on the transfer case or take full responsibility for my transmission."

"Okay they have my truck they seem like a knowledgeable bunch of guys a couple not sure how to rate them 100% because they're still working on my truck but they seem like they're going to figure out what's wrong with it and give me give me up and going again after I get my truck back I will let you know a better view than what I can right now so but for my experience is so far I like their shop the texts that I've talked to you that's working on my truck they seem like they know what they're doing but coming from a person that it's very hard for me to allow somebody to work on my stuff and just step away and give it to somebody else to do when I've done it my whole life but I can't figure out what's wrong with my truck so I'm hoping they can"
